To purchase any of the items viewed on the website, please call our shop number on 01702 719899. Considering that the item you requested is in stock, we will take a card payment from you over the phone. For orders placed before 1.30pm, we will post the order in the same day. Orders placed after 1.30pm will be posted the following working day.

You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order. Please note that we don't deliver to shipping companies or Post Office boxes. Yes, deliveries can be made to a British Forces Post Office (BFPO).However, we are currently unable to register BFPO addresses online. Please call us on 01702 719 899 to place an order.
What happens if I'm out when you deliver?

All deliveries need to be signed for.
How do I return an item I ordered online?

As long as the item is unworn and in the original condition, you can take the item to our store or return it by post. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.
When do I get my refund once I've returned an item?
